RAW MATERIAL SOURCING AND SELECTION

Leather, lining, soles, insoles, accessories … there are countless materials that can be incorporated into your shoe, with different types of colors and textures, for this reason we collaborate with the most versatile suppliers and partners in the world, ensuring that all materials have a smooth touch, great comfort and stunning look.

PROTOTYPE AND SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT

This is the stage that precedes a production order, namely when the design comes out of the paper and becomes a tangible product, ready to be produced in larger quantities.

Samples are most frequently used to show to retailers, at trade shows, on social media or websites, directly to consumers for pre-orders.

After the research and development stages, takes place manufacturing that undergoes through four steps:

• Stitching
• Assembly
• Finishing

From beginning to end, we closely monitor the entire footwear manufacturing as a way to avoid defects, ensure the final products quality and keep everything on schedule.

So that we comply with a strict standard of safety and high quality, which includes: slip resistance test, sole bonding test, humidity content monitoring, symmetry check, size fitting test, measurements check, rub test, barcode scanning and weight check.

PACKAGING

After all details are checked we ensure full labelling requirements and that all shoes are correctly placed in the boxes, thereby we guarantee the shoes’ shape, color and appearance during its transport from manufacturer to store and then from store to someone’s home.

SHIPPING

Once in the warehouse, the boxes are packed into cartons and are ready to be shipped anywhere in the world.
