RAW MATERIAL SOURCING AND SELECTION

Leather, linings, soles, insoles, accessories… there are countless materials that can be incorporated into your shoe, with different types of colours and textures. That is why we work with the most versatile suppliers and partners in the world to ensure that all materials have a smooth touch, great comfort and stunning look.

PROTOTYPE AND SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT

This is the phase that precedes a production order. It is when the design comes off the page and becomes a tangible product that can be produced in larger quantities. Samples are most often used to show retailers at trade shows, on social media or websites, or to pre-order directly from consumers.

To avoid errors, ensure the quality of the final product and keep everything on schedule, we closely monitor the entire Footwear Manufacturing Process from start to finish.

In order to comply with a strict standard of safety and high quality, we carry out the following tests: slip resistance test, sole bonding test, humidity content monitoring, symmetry check, size fitting test, measurements check, rub test, barcode scanning and weight check.

In the warehouse, the boxes are packed into cartons. They are then ready to be shipped around the world.
